is this guy ready for prime time? I think we have to really take into account that mccain may be impaired by age. I am the guy who creamed ted when he said this. This is very troubling.

I said what I said about his age not to be partisan or to denigrate him, but rather to point out what I consider to be fact. I think he has his lucid moments but I think there are periods where he's in a fog. This thing about the Spanish PM has been going on for a while.......the Spaniards have been trying to figure out what his problem is. I don't think they fully get he might be in the early stages of dementia. Very scary!

"I think we have to really take into account that mccain may be impaired by age."

That is possible. But, it is also likely that he just wasn't prepared. Combine that with his record of being totally unable to think on his feet and his inability to realize he is in trouble...

Which brings up the issue of being unprepared. He has been unprepared before and Palin certainly was unprepared for the Gibson interview. Interestingly enough, most of these unprepared incidents are in the area of foreign policy. Which is at least somewhat understandable because of its complexity. But FP is supposed to be McCain's hole card...

This is one of your post pathetic partisan attacks to date.

Does it not occur to you there is a language barrier there? When I listen to that interviewer, her English was lousy, she was speaking quickly, and anyone who didn't speak Spanish might have had difficult discerning what she was saying.

Try not to let your liberalism color everything you say; you start sounding like Parsons and Tejek.
