i agree.. I have my billionaires death tax idea i could revive. Trouble with some dems is that they consider everyone rich who isnt poor and thats not true. Thats worrisome. But i say implenment the death tax on all billiounaires assets not income. Leave those rates alone. 50mm exemption and 50% confiscation of asstes...that will be fun...
