well that will be ok also because some liberal judges believe that Roe V Wade at the national level did more damage to the political process for liberals than any other one thing, and all the blue states were legalizing it anyway. I would love to get the elephant in the room of abortion out of the national political process, it is creating an opportunity to elect too many incompetants.
