Anyone think a possible exhaustion of the the "Palin surge" has anything to do with:

-Palin's history or earmarks, the bridge and beyond

-the $17,000 she took in per diem allowances to live at home

-the tanning bed in the governor's mansion

-flying her family, at taxpayer's expense, to New York and Washington for boondoggles

-the stonewalling on her ethics investigation

-appointing high school friends to well-paying state positions for which they were not qualified

-the many massive gaps in her knowledge, displayed in the Gibson interview?

Don't you think she turned out to be a little bit less than promised?

She's touring the country basically repeating her very good convention speech, but it's starting to feel like a reunion tour of a band that had one hit. After awhile, you realize that "Girl It's You" isn't that great a song, and Milli Vanilli is kind of a fake.

Palin is this month's Paris Hilton. Now we're bored. Worse, now we're worried. Worried about today, worried about our future. McCain is out of touch and Palin has no clue.

And, ever the big question, don't you think choosing Palin after meeting her just twice has many voters wondering about McCain's judgement..??
