Yeah that is extreme. Maybe too extreme.

Wonder what they are going to do about the existing naked short sells? How about enforcing the rules this time, for once. No more 'failure to deliver' excuses. Clean it up.

Its amazing how none of this naked shorting existed, just a fairy tale, UNTIL it was about to bring down the broker houses themsleves. There is comedy in that.

Reminds me of Black Tuesday when you couldn't buy silver anymore - it took down the Hunt brothers to the tune of billions.
