That's not true! She refueled in Ireland, and soaked up the scenery through the window. Heck, if she can derive foreign policy experience about Russia by seeing it from afar, imagine the experience she has now that she sat in a plane that actually sat on Irish soil. She's already become 1/4, maybe even 3/8 Irish... She probably also flew over a dozen countries - the best way to get the whole picture of a country is from 35,000 feet... Additionally, she flew over a lot of water, and now is an expert in oceanography. Who needs experience when physical proximity to the subject will do!
