He does have hearing problems, and the woman had a pretty thick accent. Listening to the tape, I don't think he quite caught what she said. Not a brilliant performance, but I don't think that it proves he doesn't know where Spain is. I will say that his claims to have worked with world leaders, and that he knows how to work with our friends and stand up to our enemies, are just empty blather. Just like when he says he knows how to win a war. I have no idea how he would have learned that by bailing out of five airplanes in Viet Nam, by being a POW there, or by being in the Senate for the past two decades. - Allen
