I can't do a lot of green tea because it really upsets my stomach. I use two bags of Lipton, one of green tea and one of orange spice + splenda to sweeten.

I'm pretty much on the same schedule, but I don't t take an afternoon nap, so I'm not getting the required 8 + hours. I am not fatigued, and have plenty of energy, but suppose I'll need more sleep as I age.

I've been on water after 8 for the last two nights, but haven't broken the habit of going to bed at 2. I think that will change as I get off of the caffeine. I'll probably start going to bed around 12 as that seems to be the time of night when I start yawning.

I enjoy the quiet time of night time, and have always been a night owl.

I'll concentrate on finding non caffeine teas. Maybe Black tea which I understand is non caffeinated.
