Seven hours after returning home, my power was restored. At the time I was sitting in the dark reading the newspaper by flashlight while listening to my battery-powered radio, so getting back my lights, a/c, TV and computer was quite welcome. Meanwhile, nearly half of Houston is still without power, so I'm fortunate.
