Well they get the money that the military spends on refined oil products, but that's hardly a subsidy, its payment for goods received.

A percentage of our military budget is required to try to insure our access to oil, which is currently our most vital commodity. You can argue it's not a subsidy if you want. But without the need to import oil our military expense would be less (and yes they would then use less oil).
