I have a client from SV that only a month ago turned down a 10 day closing on a condo for 655k. After this last week he took a 575 offer. All of his obstinance is gone. I think he mis-heard Al Davis because the new mantra is "Just sell baby!" Tourism is in the tank. Hawaii leadership has no rudder. Maui Mayor is apparently aggressively going after the B & B's now....
