Todd Palin is refusing to submit to a subpoena because he"believes the investigation into the trooper-firing issue is illegitimate". Can any body just ignore a subpoena? What is the strength of the court if a person just won't comply simply because he/she thinks that it is not legitimate? Alaska has a rule that a candidate running for national office can't be subpoenaed. That's how S. Palin got out of the subpoena. Now Todd is trying to use the same tactic as the spouse of the candidate.
