Election nightmare scenario. 269-269. Incoming house (maybe house and senate) gets to vote, but its one vote per state. McCain will have won the most states in any tie scenario. Dems will control a majority of house and senate delegations. Who knows who wins the overall popular vote. Lots of recounts.

The below site's present simulation has a tie occurring about 3% of the time. Even if we keep the electoral college this needs to be remedied. Pray that we don't have a tie.
