oh, I agree....this whole bailout is rewarding bad behavior. There should be disincentives to pulling the kind of crap that was done in the past few years. And one disincentive would be that you could lose your freakin job and your company can go down the freakin tube. So that's just adressing the gov't bailout program....but then the short selling restrictions? Short selling didn't cause this crisis, restricting it certainly ain't gonna solve it.
