Hi Don,

I agree with you.

I think the rapists are the politicians that passed laws requiring loans be made in poor zones (antiredlining).

Now the politicians blams wall street after all they did was push their agenda - which was failed from the git go.

THE ENTIRE FALSE MOVE MADE ALL PAY ABOVE MARKET PRICES.

Now only the good will pay and bad will walk.

Not a good outcome.

Well intended laws with unintended conesquences.

Sadly the norm to most except politicians trying to win votes.
