Which are they, the deficit state or the surplus state? Your excuses are embarrassing you big time this week. How many times have you been caught stretching the truth this week and been corrected?

Lizzie, I had hoped you would have dug your hole deeper, but I must give you credit, you knew you had been caught and that your attacking responses made no sense.

Let me explain something to you, to help you out. In business, insufficient revenues and profits will cause a lack of an operating profit. States are another thing, but let us go with some of your statements.

Of course, without the oil tax, Alaska has an operating deficit or a negative budget. It is the only state that does not collect state sales tax or levy an individual income tax.

To finance state government operations, Alaska depends primarily on petroleum revenues.

you are embarrassing yourself.

Alaska runs an OPERATING DEFICIT. Then they have a tax on oil that is bounded by this thing called an ELF economic limit factor that causes them to run a surplus. Without the oil, they would be a deficit laden state just like countless others, except they only have 300K workers in the entire population.

Alaska is a poorly managed state of few people and much corruption.
