It is always fun to invite Trailer Trash like Sarah to your parties. The difference between Clinton's tech bubble and Bush's Real Estate and Credit bubbles is that, as bad as it was, the tech bubble gave us leadership in technology and set the base for huge economic growth in our future. Real estate and credit bubbles do no good over the long haul. The gains may have not have been worth the cost, in the Clinton case. In the Bush case, there were no gains.
