Previous post - while the pink scenario shows an aborted 5th wave I think this is valid given the current global slowdown and latest backstop of the financial system (FNM/FRE nationalization) and banning of short selling and Resolution Trust idea. Green scenario also doesn't seem likely as 3 of 3 should be more relentlessly down. If one wanted to be truely safe you could buy equal amounts of long gold and short oil. If market crashes you still should be ok.
