Could very well be ... check out Northgate, they put out a no material change release tonight, after big volume went off on nxg.amex after hours, well under the market in their case, while ngx.to looks quite normal - stockwatch.com They're big positions getting unwound, for whatever reason ... under the market is unlikely to be SEC pressure, more likely to be margin and/or redemption pressure? ... wonder if it was the same outfit that was long Northgate and short New Gold, somebody pulled the pin on them ... smells like big money being stripped from somebody, whatever it was

Here's a snapshot that probably explains the recent action in NGD. Been following this short attack for a while. Could have a little gas left in the tank. That was quite a raid!!! Got lucky (for now anyways) with a load of the NGD A, YRI C and GBG warrants the week before this past one.
