We know this Wooten guy did some negative things but do you know that he is a bad state trooper? Uh, tazing a kid for fun and entertainment, drinking in his patrol car, threatening to kill Palin's dad? This guy is no hero but let's deal with the facts.......his kid was begging to get tasered...so he put the setting on neutral and showed him how it feels. As a father I wouldn't have done it but sometimes that's the only way some kids learn. The kid needed to understand that a taser is not a toy. As for drinking in his car, he claims that did not happen. As for threatening his father in law..........during an argument with his then wife, he said that if she ran to her father he would kick her father's butt. While obnoxious, its not exactly like pulling a gun and putting it to his father-in-law's head. Like I said, this guy is no hero but he seems to be pretty typical of the people up in Alaska. And it doesn't mean he isn't a good state trooper. Sound like pretty good reasons to get rid of a state trooper. They are good reasons not to marry the guy or to be his friend........but they don't provide us a good description of his capabilities as a state trooper.
