>>> There is a ubiquitous know_it_all characteristics to your manner of expression that is endemic of a blow hard...the poll is clear and supported by feedback...your statement is only supported by your biases.

A poll is meaningless unless you can actually see the questions that were asked and specifically of whom they were asked.

Good sense tells you that yes, there are Democrats who would not support Obama because he's black. I spoke with one last night -- 65 years old, lifelong yellow dog democrat, and he said, "Nope. I'm not voting. No way I can vote for a black man (not his term)." While I find it ridiculous, amongst persons of that era, racial bias does exist.

HOWEVER, we also know that well more than 90%, probably more than 95%, of blacks will vote for Obama. Now, Michael has properly pointed out that they would mostly be voting for Democrats anyway. And that is likely true.

HOWEVER, that does not change the argument that it is a racist vote one iota. THE REASON these people are voting for Obama is very specific -- because he's black. They won't admit it, but it is a fact. If we didn't learn anything else from the OJ trial, we ought to know this.
