For a beginner, Bush/McCain political axis of evil is responsible for a 1.8 trillion dollar deficit up to last Friday. On Friday, Bush, with the support of McCain, supported a proposal to bail out billionaire bankers at the tune of another 1 trillion in tax dollars. Bush/McCain are now the proud authors of a 2.8 TRILLION dollars deficit in only 8 years--greatest deficit in American history.
