Clinton didn't balance shit, look at his first two years when the dems controlled the congress, he spent like crazy and if his wife got her health care plan the deficit would have gone though the roof. It was Newt and the Repubs that got in in 1994 that slowed up spending, you can't be that stupid not to know that.
