"So where's the racism????"

Ok so we are making some progress, you see the obvious lie aspects of the add but you still can't see the racist component.

The complaint I had was that it 'fanned' racism which rallied hispanics in Colorado behind Obama to the extent that it swung the state blue. That was the obvious intent and the clear reaction. It was an emotion laden ad that resulted in Hispanics ranting about how they finally had someone 'Obama' who would stand up to those guys to get immigration reform and support for their minority issues. The content of their angry call ins to radio stations were entirely focused on how the hispanic race had gotten a bad deal from those guys, so they need to support Obama now instead of McCain. .. except Obama's ad that got them so fired up had lied about how McCain qualifies as one of those guys, you know that and so does Obama.

The spot on Spanish TV attempted to equate Rush Linbaugh and McCain on Immigration issues and it associated some out of context comments with McCain ...--"Mexicans are stupid and unqualified" and "Shut your mouth or get out"--John McCain and his friends ...

I know you get it. The only question is are you to big of a hypocrite to admit it...I'm betting on the latter.

It was a serious lie alleging McCain is bigoted, to fan an emotional response based on perceived racial injustice perpetrated by McCain ... and it worked.
