LOL. If you believe that, then I have a bridge to nowhere to sell you. This financial mess began with the financial deregulation that allowed commercial and investment banks to blur lines and the lack of effective oversight that started in the 90's and accelerated under the anything goes Bush years. What's hilarious is that the typical Republican playbook is to ignore the first 6 years of Republican majority in Congress and Bush in the White House and blame the last two years of gridlocked Congress with 50 members being Democrats and Republicans filibustering everything. Keep along those lines, because it's working beautifully. The Republicans spew those lines and the American people see right through it and continue to solidify their opinion that the Republicans are pathological liars, which will guarantee the Democrats win true majorities in Congress and win the White House. Keep it up!
