Global warming is fact. Whether or not that fact will lead to the kind of extreme disaster some people believe is debatable. But at least such debates are based on science and logical extrapolations rather than hand waving speculations about motivation of people conservatives know less than nothing about (as in, "they did it because they hate freedom" or "they are evil" or "clash of civilization" or other kind of nonsense that holds very little logical scrutiny.)
