Joe, Dario explains it here:

veracast.com

I don´t recall the exact words, so if anyone has the time...it´s not long and worth a listen anyway.

You:

Does anybody know when and how much debt is due?

me:

In the last broadcast from CITI Dario said that a GE Japan loan started amortizing at $30m per q in q2. It will be paid off over the next 12 q's. The rest of the loans start to amortize in 2013 and 2016.

For 09 he said he expected $500m cash flow with $120m in amortizing debt and about $200m in capex. Right now SP1 is at 2k wspw max capacity and isn't being fully utilized. It sounded like he didn't think it would even be fully utilized in 09. I'm not sure how much going to 45nm has to do with it, but that's the primary reason for the low 09 capex.

Dario seemed to indicate that SPSN should exit 08 with GMs in the 25% range and be EBITDA positive. SPSN needs to get to 4k wspw to get to 30% GMs and true profitability.
