Crude oil up 21% at $127

Candian BNN (Business News Network)said to ignore that Oct price and look at the Nov contract.
If I understood correctly that Oct contract has a very small number of contracts out I believe he said they close today.

In fact BNN quotes the Nov. contract.

So...oil at $ 109 or so is more realistic number here.
