I agree that if there is a bailout, we need oversight. Paulson is f@cking incompetent. Somebody needs to watch his ass and put some controls on the spending. Same with the next a-hole who takes his place, unless it's Paul Volcker.

I'd prefer no bailout at all, so Dodd's proposal to add this other crap debt is not making me any happier.
