He was furious because he felt they weren't getting the straight story from Casey's crew; Robb had actually been out on the streets of Baghdad to see what was happening, while the others were interviewing generals and Colonels. There are plenty of heroes in this win and I think Woodward deserves a lot of credit for getting the facts in writing. None was more critical to our winning in Iraq than Keane. A totally impressive individual. Keane was instrumental in turning Iraq from a disasterous loss to a win that will ultimately accomplish its goal of providing stability in the Middle East as well as reducing the threat of terrorism against the United States.
