The fact that the SEC/Treasury/FED are playing favorites and manipulating the market raises serious concerns. Normal investments should probably not be made in this environment. Can you profit from the crazy swings? You bet. The problems is that the rules are changing almost daily. I just think its wise to step aside, unless you are about to watch the daily trading. Its ok to short companies like HSTX but its not ok to short financials. Until the rules are applied to all companies in an even approach, be very, very careful out there.

I just have no idea what will happen to HSTX. If a short attack hits, who's to say how low this will go. No reason not to nibble if it hits new lows, if you can stand the associated risk.

I see red flags just about everywhere I look. So, other then short term trading, I'm just watching and not looking to make too many new investments until such a time where there is a more level playing field!
