I would rather take my risks with Splenda. I am now getting two CT scans a year, each of which gives me the equivalent of 50 X-rays. Which done long enough, will give me more abdominal cancer. OTOH, not detecting another kidney cancer will kill me quicker.

This "Citizens for Health" group that put out this rat study by Duke on Splenda doesn't give us any info you can drill down on. Just a "scare" notice from a someone who set up a web site that leads with trying to stop the best way to get rid of stomach cancer in this country, the use of radiation on food. citizens.org.

There are always "people wildly indignant about nearly everything" like this around. I pay no attention to them.
