I use canned tomatoes and Kidney beans. I won't stop using them. It's the only can goods I buy. And I buy them at Costco, which means they are as freshly canned as possible. I figure after all these years, it's a little late to worry about a couple of cans a week.

My Freezer is almost empty! Ice and frozen fruit is all that is in it. No more frozen meals from Costco. I used to live on them.
