Intermediate to long term effect (I'm not interested in trading), will the credit crisis prove to be DEFLATIONARY as it generally has historically, or will the Fed/Treasury response prove more forceful, resulting in an overpowering INFLATIONARY force? I don't care where the tennis ball is going, I'm interested in where the tectonic plate is headed.
