No, I'd be much closer to one who would cap CEO pay, but I think a better approach is transparency as a tool to achieve that goal. People should have easily been able to tell that GS was placing large bets against all the CDO's they were shoveling off on investors. That would have decreased GS's profits at the time and hence curtailed their bonuses. It would also have prevented GS from ending up where they are now, which would enhance their current bonuses.
