Are you now reversing your position on Ecuador after screaming at
one and all repeatedly that they were ignorant and worse stupid to be wary of politics in Ecuador??????

If you too are now unsure of the future mining landscape in Ecuador you owe many an apology.

Here is why you shouldn't worry about laws in Ecuador. They won't last.

On the average an Ecuadorian government lasts 1.45 years. The longest lasted 4 years, but re-election of one candidate happened 3 times. He lasted 6.5 years. One was elected 5 times, but not consecutively.

They have had 12 governments since 1998.
