Fine. But surely, you wouldn't ax someone's head without their first being proven guilty of a crime, right? Isn't that the ACLU way?

Where's the crime? Not saying there wasn't one, but I really haven't seen any indication of criminal activity, let alone anything approaching "proof".

You people have the gall to complain about McCain being pissed, but you want someone's head when there is no evidence of a crime having been committed.
