How do you account for this, given that he has spent a total of 143 days in the Senate?

I find it to be extremely telling -- that a Senator with only 143 days of Senate experience would have been installed on this many committees. Has that EVER happened before? I don't know.

When you are this bright and capable, there are always a lot of firsts. If you stopped going for mediocrity, you would know that.
