RIGHT! Some quack says, "there has been cooling, if you take 1998 as your point of reference." and you jump on it. So here's something for you, my oven sets itself off and on several times while I'm baking a pizza in it. If you take the last time it was on as a reference, then over the next two minutes it is cooling down. Why don't you reach in and hold the cooling oven?!
