Based on something I think you posted earlier on another thread, roughly half. Remember? The piece claimed that half of the bad mortgages were made by institutions not subject to CRA. Of course, it was the securitization of bad loans as a result of CRA that created the market for such securitized loans, thus allowing the Countrywide type lenders to get in on the action.
