What he didn't say is he's loaded with municipal bonds So it's ok to raise taxes.

Actually, we should take the lead from Warren. If you take the bailout we take a stake in your bank.

so why would Goldman need to pay 10% dividend to Berkshire if they are soooo strong? And warrants below tody's closing price to boot. wtf

Berkshire will receive preferred stock with a 10 percent dividend that can be called at any time at a 10 percent premium, the statement said. Berkshire will also receive warrants to purchase $5 billion of common stock with a strike price of $115 per share, exercisable at any time in five years.
