I guess they served notice months ago by clearing the 750 mil base shelf prospectus back in March. Not sure why they did not jump on the cash when POG swooned below $800. Perhaps they were arranging a buy then. I will be curious to find out what price they pay for this round of silver and gold.

A more transparent methodology of when shares will be reissued and how much market premium will be taken down at one time might serve CEF well.

Don't think CEF has any way to determine market premium.

It is pretty much a function of the value of the bullion they hold, as determined by the market prices of POG and POS, divided by the # shares outstanding and what the shares are trading for at the time.

Thus the NAV and premium are purely market driven.
