Schumer asked a perfectly reasonable question and never got an answer. Why can't they do this in tranches? Why lock all that captial up, only to be misallocated in the future? I don't like Schumer but he has a good point.....

heh heh, how soon you forget last Thursday run of money market fund and Fed has to inject hundreds of billion to just bring Fed fund rate down to 2%... I guess one either believe there is a problem or there is none.. But if there is no problem why would all the financial shares down so much in the last 3 years?
