Faber on Bloomberg says the dollar is undervalued relative to other currencies. Sees a watered down bailout plan. Says ST dollar may rally. Says approximately 10% of PF should be in physical gold but could see gold prices go down ST. Sees market bottom within a month.

Raising my stops just in case.
