AMAT price at cycle peak in 2010:

Pessimistic guesses:
PE = 15, EPS = $1.00, = peak stock price $15

Optimistic guesses:
PE = 20, EPS = $1.50, = peak stock price $30

I'm assuming, in either case, that the cycle peak doesn't happen in 2009, so a stock price of $13-18 for 2009 sounds possible to me. I'd perhaps extend the range a bit in both directions, as I think the market is going to be more volatile, going forward, than it has been since 2002.

Do these guesses sound reasonable to you?
