I check intrade every morning. Obama was at 54+ this AM before McCain's hail mary pass. Just out of curiousity I checked it again tonite. Tonite, Obama is up almost two points to 56+. I have been checking intrade every day. I have never seen that big a jump in one day. I have to assume that the big jump from AM to PM was due to McCain's silly suspension of his campaign. Everyone is seeing through his attempt to politicize the bailout. McCain is singular in his ability to bring the Republicans on board. Obama has no role and has been invited as an accommodation. In addition, by threatening to bail on the debate, McCain forces the Republicans' hands to come to terms, and that's probably what's going to happen. McCain, and nobody else, is positioned to make this deal happen.
