Only surprised in the fact that they will rush it through instead of doing it half right....They cant possibly work through their upcoming vacation.... they are all peons..(no offense to real peons)

So assuming it passes, what next?

Does the market pop? A pop followed by dismal quarter numbers caused by public fear and no buying? Gold I suppose slips some? And then after a respite we get the next crises of confidence?
