I love the increased availability of retail medical care. I hope the trend continues. In a perfect world, Medical Pros and hospitals would be free to advertise their wares just like anybody else. You could walk into a Walmart and get your kid's teeth cleaned by a Dental Hygenist for a rate WAY under what you now pay a Dentist. They would be free to tell you which Dentist they recommend. Medical prices on everything would drastically drop almost overnight. But the old "Guild" movement that comes from the Middle Ages still controls medicine.
