The big guy isn't very well known, I have taken a stab at analyzing Ted's problem, and I think it is that he is just too bland. Big reason he hasn't made it as a "Leading Man." He just doesn't move anybody. He seems to be well aware of this, and did his best to come over on the show. But it didn't work. I noticed Blake's Husband in the audience. She found a "Handsome Harry." The number one quality that Actors have to have to make it is good genes. First thing you notice on the faces of all attractive people is high cheek bones. Marriages that make it in Hollywood have only one partner in the Biz. Or have one subordinate their career to the other. Two "Stars" almost never make it. When you live in Hollywood, as I did, the first thing you notice about people in the Biz, in all positions, is that they have to look youthful on the way up. Look like they are in their 20's from the back. Being thin is incredibly important. You can be fat and ugly once you are running a studio. :>)
