Not true. There was a mechanical scan system that was implemented. In fact, Herbert Hoover was a subject of one of the first TV transmissions in 1927. Hitler used a mechanical scan system to broadcast the Olympic opening ceremonies in 1936.

Biden said FDR got on the TV when the market crashed. Hmm no TV then and FDR was not president for 3 more years. Not on TV till 39. So I think this pretty much sums up Biden's intellect.

Let me see.......are you really trying to campare Biden to Palin? Seriously. Let me explain to you how that works. Biden's mouth moves faster than his brain works. Palin doesn't have a brain. Do you get the difference, dude? I hope so.
